 Our kitchen offers a varied assortment, whether it be  specialties for an acquired palate or more informal dishes. We are renowned for our Mill and Inn courses from the traditional Danish kitchen together with courses of an international flavor. We value fresh raw goods/vegetables and also offer vegetarian and slim-line courses.

 

From the Restaurant there is a breathtaking view over the Mill Lake. Weather permitting we serve both on the patio and the inner court of the Inn.

 

The good old Mill traditions consisting of hospitality and service together with good food, drink and not to mention our homemade bread is ever present. Among other things we provide a self-service coffee bar.

 

At the Mill the bread is not baked on an assembly line, but with a gentle heart and feeling!

We can offer you a party agreement where we offer our advice from the choice of menu to table arrangements. When you hold your party at the Mill we offer free invitation and place name cards.

Excursions 

Borbjerg Mill Inn is the perfect setting for coach-parties and group excursions. The area offers a lot of features so remember to reserve time to plan your excursion. We will be delighted to tell you about the Mills history.

 

We have a special menu just for coach parties and group excursions including typical local menus from the Danish kitchen. You can choose between eating as a small holder, a Squire or a Baron/ Baroness. Regardless what you choose we guarantee a well prepared meal made with delicacy and with heart.
